We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Change of Mind Returns
Return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Items must be in original, sealed packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- 3Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
